利用AdGuard进行自动更新host信息以访问github

在打开AdGuard的后台后点击过滤器——DNS黑名单

点击添加黑名单

点击添加一个自定义列表

名称随便填写，网址为：https://raw.hellogithub.com/hosts

然后在设置——常规设置中将使用过滤器和 Hosts 文件以拦截指定域名勾选——将更新间隔改为1小时

同理可以添加TMDB和一些网址的过滤规则
